文 献 综 述浅谈绿色高层建筑给排水设计节水节能技术的应用摘要：近年来由于城镇化的扩大与实用土地的减少，许多民用建筑都建造成了高层建筑，包括一些商务楼等都建为高层建筑的形式。
在高层建筑中给排水属于一个不可或缺的环节，随着世界水资源紧缺的现象不断加剧，开始提倡绿色建筑给排水节水节能技术的应用，从而减少对水资源和能源的浪费。
此文主要探讨目前绿色高层建筑给排水节水节能方面的技术及其应用。

Brief talk the application of technology of water and energy saving in water supply and drainage design of green buildingABSTRACT:In recent years, due to the expansion of urbanization and the decrease of practical land, many civil buildings have been built into high-rise buildings, including some business buildings. Water supply and drainage in high-rise buildings is an indispensable link. With the increasing shortage of water resources in the world, the application of energy-saving technologies for water supply and drainage in green buildings is advocated, so as to reduce the waste of water resources and energy. This paper mainly discusses the technology and its application in water supply and drainage of green high-rise buildings.KEYWORDS: Green high-rise building, Water supply and drainage water saving and energy saving, technology, Application一、高层建筑给排水的特点及其存在的问题1.导言我国是一个水资源较为紧缺的国家，从目前对能源的利用现状来看，对水资源的合理利用将直接关系着我国社会的稳步发展。
由于我国人口众多，因此家庭用水的问题较为突出，随着目前经济建设的快速发展，各种高层建筑不断涌现，如何在高层建筑中对给排水进行有效的节能节水，是当前建筑业亟待解决的一个重要问题。
2.高层建筑给排水的特点相比普通建筑而言，高层建筑具有管道长且排水量较大等特点，由于需要将水向更高层输送，因此使得管道内部的压力波动较大，管道内部压力不稳定，排水系统的排水能力得不到保障以及水封会遭到破坏[4]。
高层建筑排水系统较为复杂，且采用的长型管道较多，动力设备较多，因此如何有效的利用相关技术措施来降低噪音是一个需要重视的课题。
高层建筑的用户多，给水排水的水量很大，因此一旦排水系统发生堵塞或者产生停水现象，会对用水者产生极大不便，因此必须对高层建筑的标准进行高要求，并完善一条相关的技术措施来确保排水畅通、用水可靠[3]。
