金水六君煎质量标准研究文献综述

摘 要 金水六君煎出自《景岳全书》,由当归、熟地黄、陈皮、甘草、茯苓、清半夏六味药加生姜煎煮而成,现代常将其制为颗粒剂。

本选题欲基于药效物质基础,分别从定量和定性两个方面建立金水六君煎的质量控制的方法并进行方法学考察。

其中定性分析指标拟定为熟地黄、当归、陈皮与甘草;定量分析指标拟定为橙皮苷与阿魏酸。

肺肾阴液相互滋生,为金水相生之脏,为母子关系。

如《素问》记载:肺为水之上源, 主通调水道;肾为水脏, 为水之下源, 主津液, 二脏相互配合, 共同调节人体水液代谢。

因此, 临床上多见肺肾两虚, 治疗时则应肺肾同治, 故有肺肾同源之说。
