摘要： 金属离子在生命活动中具有特殊地位。
其在机体组织构成、生长发育、物质的新陈代谢和神经信号的传递等起着重要作用。
在复杂的生命体中存在许多生物大分子如蛋白质、核酸、激素、酶等，金属离子在其中具有特异的生理功能，是机体细胞正常新陈代谢所必需的催化剂。
同时，金属离子对药物结构及药物小分子与生物大分子相互作用存在影响，一种金属离子的变化也会会扰乱其他金属元素的含量、分布、作用等动态平衡。
离子通道是调节生命体内金属离子稳态的主要方式，金属内稳态的破坏最直接的诱导因素就是离子通道的失常。

There are many biological macromolecules, such as proteins, nucleic acids, hormones, enzymes, etc. in complex life bodies, metal ions have specific physiological functions in them, and are necessary catalysts for normal metabolism of cells. At the same time, metal ions affect the drug structure and the interaction between small molecules and macromolecules. A metal ion change will also disturb the dynamic balance of other metal elements such as content, distribution and function. Ion channel is the main way to regulate the homeostasis of metal ions in the body of life. 金阳等[1]探讨朱砂安神丸水煎剂对失眠大鼠睡眠时相的影响，结果中、高剂量的朱砂安神丸水煎剂可明显减少失眠大鼠的觉醒对间，延长失眠大鼠总睡眠时间，对失眠大鼠的睡眠有明显改善作用。
