基于ICP-OES/MS技术的枯矾及其伪品铵明矾炮制品的差异特征元素及无机元素特征谱研究文献综述

摘要：矿物药应用历史悠久,是祖国医药宝库中的重要组成部分。本文从矿物药白矾、枯矾的鉴别方法、炮制研究、成分分析、药理毒理等方面的研究进行总结和评述，为白矾的研究提供借鉴。

Research Progress on Quality Analysis of Alum and Calcined Alumen

Abstract:Mineral medicine is an important part of the medicine treasure-house of the motherland, and its application has a long history.Research progress of mineral alum and calcined alumen is gradually thorough and wide ranging in recent years,which mainly includes identification method, processing research,composition analysis,pharmacology and toxicology.The above several aspects of research status were briefly summarized and reviewed in this paper,to provide reference for further studies in the future.

白矾(Alumen)为硫酸盐类矿物明矾石经加工提炼制成，主要成分为含水硫酸铝钾[KAl(SO4)212H20]，枯矾是它的炮制品。白矾外用具有解毒杀虫，燥湿止痒之功效；内服具有止血止泻，祛除风痰之功效。外治用于湿疹，疥癣，脱肛，痔疮，聤耳流脓；内服用于久泻不止，便血，崩漏，癫痫发狂。枯矾具有收湿敛疮，止血化腐之功效。用于湿疹湿疮，脱肛，痔疮，聤耳流脓，阴痒带下，鼻衄齿衄，鼻瘜肉。随着医药科技的进步和研究技术的提高，白矾的研究出现了很多新成果，本文对白矾、枯矾的质量分析研究进展的几个方面进行简单的总结，为白矾、枯矾的研究提供借鉴。
