摘要：细辛的主要化学成分包括甲基丁香酚、细辛脂素、黄樟醚、榄香素等挥发性成分以及木脂素类的细辛脂素和痕量的马兜铃酸，细辛具有解表散寒、祛风止痛、通窍、温肺化饮等功效。本文主要综述了细辛相关成分的提取方法、毒性的研究、药理作用、临床应用和数据统计方法等内容，为细辛的进一步开发研究提供参考。

Study on the Composition, Activity and Application of Asarum
Abstract: The main chemical constituents of Asarum include methyl eugenol, asarin, safrole, elemene and other volatile components, as well as lignans, asarin and trace aristolochic acid. Asarum has the functions of dispelling cold, dispelling wind and relieving pain, relieving orifices, warming lung and removing pain. Extraction methods, toxicity studies, pharmacological effects and clinical application of the related components of Asarum were summarized.
