CRISPR基因编辑技术在医药领域的相关应用

摘 要: CRISPR(clustered regularly interspersed short palindromic repeats)是一种新型基因编辑技术,可以通过对基因进行精准修饰来达到治疗肿瘤、研究新型药物的目的。本文主要综述了基因编辑技术的发展历史、三种不同基因编辑技术的优缺点比较、CRISPR技术的工作原理、CRISPR在药物研究中的应用及CRISPR技术目前存在的问题等,为更好地挖掘出CRISPR/Cas9在医药领域的应用潜力提供参考。

Abstract: CRISPR (clustered regular interspersed short palindromic repeats) is a novel gene editing technology that can achieve the purpose of treating tumors and researching new drugs by precisely modifying genes. This paper mainly reviews the development history of gene editing technology, the advantages and disadvantages of three different gene editing technologies, the working principle of CRISPR technology, the application of CRISPR in drug research and the existing problems of CRISPR technology, in order to better dig out The reference potential of CRISPR/Cas9 in the field of medicine.
